Unbeatable and nice location close to bus station in a nice quiet area. A nice size unit with an electric kettle, refrigerators, and glassware.

My room with a bedroom downstairs, comfortable bed and window open was great value, had good night's sleep. I appreciated the quiet location right by London where people want to go to work or meetings, and Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

The location was convenient and decent in a nice quiet area, very close to the center of London, London where people want to go to work or meetings and transport links with buses and trains with 3 close by stations.
